Joshua’s Revenge

Poor Richard Publishers take pleasure in announcing the release of JOSHUA’S REVENGE. Richard L Wren’s newest mystery novel is now available on AMAZON and will be available in book stores by July.

About 300 pages long, it tells the story of a super endowed, but very modest Yosemite Ranger. A champion Martial Arts combatant, he’s given the task of finding and destroying a Chinese gang that have been killing and eviscerating Yosemite bears for the illegal medical trade. The trail leads to San Francisco and confrontations with teen gangs, murderers, kidnappers and more.

What people are saying about Joshua’s Revenge:

Richard L. Wren masterfully merges disparate worlds — first in “Casey’s Slip,” where he forged a bond between a sailor and a surly biker. And now he’s done it again in “Joshua’s Revenge,” throwing a charming, talented Yosemite park ranger in the middle of a Chinese drug ring. His characters are always vivid and vocal, and his plots have more crags and crevices than the backside of Half Dome. Fun to read.

“I’ve been a biker all my life, and I really enjoyed Casey’s Slip. Mr. Wren told me that one of the lead characters in his book was modeled after me and I had a lot of fun recognizing myself.  Casey’s Slip was an entertaining read, with lots of unexpected twists and turns. I had a hard time putting it down and am looking forward to his next, Joshua’s Revenge.”

“Really enjoyed this book, seemed to grab me right away. Of course, I love Yosemite anyway. Fast moving, interesting characters, good story development. This author’s books just keep getting better.
