After being lost for many many years, 2 days ago I located a family ancestral burial plot on private land near Moss Landing, California. Located high on a hill on private land overlooking Elkhorn Slough and Monterey Bay, it's a beautiful site, although severely neglected for dozens of years. The last burial was in 1885. It's covered with weeds and surrounded by a broken down fence that appears to be at least 100 years old.
Now I have to research the names on the gravestones and establish the relationship. I'll keep posting our progress. -Richard
